My name is Diane Dutton. I moved to Prattville as a little girl when my father was stationed at Maxwell Air Force Base. I later met my husband here and we will soon be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We have one beautiful daughter who got married this past year and gave us our wonderful new son-in-law. We live at home with our two lovable dogs, Wally and Cooper.
Education:
I went to college and received my bachelors degree in 2005 in early Childhood/Elementary Education at Auburn University In Montgomery. I graduated in 2019 from the University of West Alabama with a Masters in Library Science.
Experience:
This is my 15th year teaching in the Autauga County School System. I have taught second grade at Prattville Primary for most of that time, with one year in first grade. I loved my time in the classroom with my students, but I am so excited to be starting this new adventure as the Library Media Specialist for Daniel Pratt Elementary!
